Jessica Gottlieb MSW, T.S.

Founder & CEO

Jessica Gottlieb MSW, T.S. is the founder and CEO of Holistic Mental Wellness, a therapy center in the West Island. She is a clinical social worker living in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Jessica is passionate about empowering and motivating her clients to reach their fullest potential while creating a warm therapeutic alliance.

With over 19 years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, she possess all the attributes needed to accommodate her clientele. During each personalized session, Jessica uses a multitude of therapeutic models in order to serve my clients needs.

Jessica Gottlieb is a member in good standing with the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).

Anne-Marie Rhéaume


Anne-Marie Rhéaume a clinical social worker specializing in counselling for children, adolescents, and their families. She provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a non-judgmental space. She believe that counselling is a collaborative process, and works closely with clients to tailor sessions to their unique needs and preferences, using a strengths-based lens to build upon existing strengths and resources. ​ With experience in multiple settings, Anne-Marie has supported clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and parenting difficulties. She is passionate about helping clients - children and parents alike - develop tools and strategies that they can use beyond counselling sessions, empowering them to navigate life's complexities with confidence and resilience. ​ Anne-Marie Rhéaume is a member in good standing of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).

Carly Noodelman


Carly Noodelman is a clinical social worker living in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and a member of the professional Order of Social Workers, Family Marriage Therapists of Quebec. With over eleven years of professional experience in the Health and Social Service network, she has extensive knowledge of behavior modification, crisis intervention and risk assessment. She is passionate about working with children and adults of all ages, as well as couples and families to navigate issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, couple difficulties, parenting, and work-life balance. She prides herself on easily creating a positive rapport with her clients in order to provide them with a safe space to talk. Her approach is based on compassion and empowerment, while cultivating insight and self-awareness. Her interventions are strength based, while considering prior lived experiences or traumas. Carly’s focus is to provide her clients with an outlet, as well as with tools to help them achieve their personal goals in a healthy way.
