Jessica Gottlieb MSW, T.S.
Founder & Director
Jessica Gottlieb MSW, T.S. is the founder and Director of Holistic Mental Wellness, a mental health clinic in the West Island. She is a clinical social worker, passionate about empowering and motivating her clients to reach their fullest potential while creating a warm therapeutic alliance. Jessica is also an author of two books and a speaker.

With over two decades of professional experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, she possess all the attributes needed to accommodate her clientele. During each personalized session, Jessica uses a multitude of therapeutic models in order to serve my clients needs.

Deborah Levy
MSW, T.S.
Deborah has two decades of experience working in the public and private sector and has extensive experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She specializes in areas associated with anxiety, peer relationships, sibling relationships, parent-child relationships, couples and family relationships, physical abuse, sexual abuse, conjugal violence and children with special needs. Deborah has a passion for working with people and being able to connect and listen to them in a comfortable and safe environment. Deborah has clinical experience in the spheres of individual and family therapy, youth protection and working with special needs children and their families. All of her past experiences have contributed to her ability to work with a systems theory and solution-focused approach, while keeping her client at the core.

Deborah received her Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Bachelor of Social Work and Masters of Social Work from McGill University. Deborah is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from McGill. She has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her work.
Deborah is a member in good standing of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec.


Carly Noodelman
MSW, T.S.
Carly Noodelman is a clinical social worker living in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and a member of the professional Order of Social Workers, Family Marriage Therapists of Quebec. With over eleven years of professional experience in the Health and Social Service network, she has extensive knowledge of behavior modification, crisis intervention and risk assessment. She is passionate about working with children and adults of all ages, as well as couples and families to navigate issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, couple difficulties, parenting, and work-life balance. She prides herself on easily creating a positive rapport with her clients in order to provide them with a safe space to talk. Her approach is based on compassion and empowerment, while cultivating insight and self-awareness. Her interventions are strength based, while considering prior lived experiences or traumas. Carly’s focus is to provide her clients with an outlet, as well as with tools to help them achieve their personal goals in a healthy way.
