Jessica Gottlieb MSW, T.S, is a clinical social worker, author, speaker, and the Director of Holistic Mental Wellness. With over two decades of experience, Jessica has worked extensively with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, bringing compassion, insight, and dedication to every therapeutic relationship.
At Holistic Mental Wellness, Jessica leads a passionate team that is committed to empowering clients to reach their fullest potential. The practice is rooted in creating a safe, supportive environment where meaningful change can take place. Jessica integrates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and family she supports.
Jessica earned her Master of Social Work from McGill University and has pursued extensive continuing education, including a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the McGill University Health Centre and certification in Autism assessment.
A member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ), Jessica is known for her client-centered approach, clinical expertise, and deep commitment to high-quality care.
Jessica is dedicated to leading her team at Holistic Mental Wellness with the same warmth, professionalism, and integrity that guides her own practice. She often works collaboratively with families, and fellow professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care for every client.
Julia is a Couple and Family Therapist and Psychotherapist with nearly a decade of clinical experience working with individuals and couples. She has strong experience in life transitions and works with clients navigating relationship distress, communication difficulties, conflict, emotional disconnection, grief, parenting stress, anxiety, mood concerns, and burnout.
Julia’s approach is relational, collaborative, and goal-oriented. She works from a systemic and attachment-informed perspective, helping clients identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional safety, and develop practical strategies for meaningful and sustainable change. In her work with couples, she focuses on improving communication, deepening connection, and supporting partners in building healthier and more adaptive ways of relating. Her practice integrates evidence-based interventions within a trauma-informed and client-centred framework.
Julia currently works in a university-based wellness setting, providing individual therapy, group interventions & wellness workshops within a stepped-care model. Julia is a queer-allied counsellor with extensive experience supporting queer young adults. She places strong importance on creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental therapeutic space.
Julia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from McGill University. She is a member in good standing of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) as a Couple and Family Therapist and of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ) as a Psychotherapist.
Deborah has two decades of experience working in the public and private sector and has extensive experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She specializes in areas associated with anxiety, peer relationships, sibling relationships, parent-child relationships, couples and family relationships, physical abuse, sexual abuse, conjugal violence and children with special needs. Deborah has a passion for working with people and being able to connect and listen to them in a comfortable and safe environment. Deborah has clinical experience in the spheres of individual and family therapy, youth protection and working with special needs children and their families. All of her past experiences have contributed to her ability to work with a systems theory and solution-focused approach, while keeping her client at the core.

Deborah received her Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Bachelor of Social Work and Masters of Social Work from McGill University. Deborah is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from McGill. She has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her work.
Deborah is a member in good standing of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec.
Carly Noodelman is a clinical social worker living in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and a member of the professional Order of Social Workers, Family Marriage Therapists of Quebec.
With over fourteen years of professional experience in the Health and Social Service network, she has extensive knowledge of behavior modification, crisis intervention and risk assessment. She is passionate about working with children and adults of all ages, as well as couples and families to navigate issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, couple difficulties, parenting, and work-life balance.
She prides herself on easily creating a positive rapport with her clients in order to provide them with a safe space to talk. Her approach is based on compassion and empowerment, while cultivating insight and self-awareness. Her interventions are strength based, while considering prior lived experiences or traumas. Carly’s focus is to provide her clients with an outlet, as well as with tools to help them achieve their personal goals in a healthy way.
Arielle is a licensed social worker in good standing with the Quebec Order of Social Workers. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Social Work and has over 12 years of experience in the public sector and in private practice supporting youth and families at risk, vulnerable individuals, natural caregivers of children and adults with disabilities, and those navigating the perinatal period.

Certified in Perinatal Mental Health, Arielle specializes in supporting women, men, birthing people, and couples through their fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood journeys. She is passionate about helping her clients feel seen, understood, and empowered as they move through times of change and growth.

Arielle’s approach is humanistic, empathetic, and non-judgmental. She strives to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, express their emotions, and work toward healing and resilience.
Ronna Sinclair is a Special Care Counselor with over 25 years’ experience in the public and private sectors. Her extensive career in the helping profession has allowed her to work with both neuro-typical and neuro-diverse clientele. Her role as an SCC has allowed her to work with children, teenagers, young adults and with parents who have children with challenges. She has extensive experience in the areas of: ASD, ADD, ADHD, ODD, executive dysfunction, emotional regulation, anger management, social skills, and behavioral challenges.
While her field of expertise is broad, one of the main focuses of her practice is supporting clients to learn and improve their executive functioning skills. This can include: understanding time management, overall organization, learning how to prioritize, make a plan and execute tasks to completion.
Ronna is skilled in the areas of prevention, adaptation, rehabilitation, emotional regulation and social integration. She is hands-on, uses a behavioral approach, and will work with the client to develop concrete tools and strategies that work best for them. Tools, strategies and interventions will be individualized so they best match the clients personality, level of cognition, environment and needs. Ronna has had tremendous success in creating a “solution-based” focus and pairing that with helping the client generalize the tools to the environment where it is most needed.
Working with parents who struggle with a child who presents with difficult behavior is also an area that Ronna has expertise. It is not uncommon for parents of children with challenging behaviors to find themselves in a “survival mode “ state, and realize they need support to rework their approach, reactions and responses. Ronna has had success in working along side parents and together developing concrete tools and strategies to help them regain calm and consistency in the home.
